Liz Hepp is a freelance dance artist and producer based in Brooklyn, NY.
As a movement artist, Liz has performed in works by Michelle Thompson Ulerich, Molly Gorin, Jessica Ray, Heidi Latsky, Pat Catterson, Ben Wright, and PeiJu Chien-Pott, and was a company member with Dusan Tynek Dance Theatre and Erick Montes’ Danceable Projects from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, she performed in the Transmissions exhibition at the Whitney Museum. She most recently co-created Fact or Fiction, a dance theater show with Trainor Dance, which ran monthly at The PIT from Fall 2023 through Spring 2024.
Liz’s own choreographic work has been presented in collaboration with poet Jean Surena at Art Cake. She has studied extensively with the Merce Cunningham Trust, trained with David Zambrano in Madrid, and taught beginner ballet to adults in NYC.
As a producer, Liz works with CreateArt to organize multidisciplinary performances across the city, facilitates workshops with the Dance Tech Collective, and programs interactive virtual events for companies worldwide with Remote Daily. Previously, she has provided production support to organizations including NOoSPHERE Arts, New York Public Library, MoMA, Gibney, Performa, LMCC and artists Ze’eva Cohen and micca.
Liz currently serves as Company Manager for NVA & Guests. She holds a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
